The IS1003 attribute management sytem is used for taking-in and taking-out of weapons including the storage and charging of batteries of pagers or CB's.

Every weapon safe within the IS1003 system is also provided with a separate space for the storage of ammunition.

Every weaponsafe of the IS1003 system will release after a valid and authorized proximity card is presented to the central reader.
After a safe is opened the weapon has to be presented to the take-in reader. After the weapon is placed in the correct position in the weapon holder the weapon will be registered as "In". The weaponsafe door can now be closed.

Weapons are registered as "Out" after they are presented to the take-out reader.

The presence of the weapons is constantly monitored and, if nescessary, will sent an alarm to the management system.

The IS1003 system can be fully integrated within the TiSM system so that it is possible to grant access at the door depending on the content of the safe. Within the TiSM system this is called "Conditional Access".
