Privacy and cookie statement Triple-Eye BV
Last updated: 6 November 2026
This statement applies to the website www.triple-eye.nl. The controller of personal data is Triple-Eye BV, Vaassenseweg 71, 8166 AT Emst, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce no. 08060535).
We handle your data with care and collect no more than we need. Below you can read which data that is, what we use it for and how long we keep it.
No tracking or statistics
This website does not use Google Analytics or any other statistics or tracking service, no advertising or social media cookies, and no external fonts. We do not track your browsing or build visitor profiles.
Contact form
When you fill in the contact form, we receive your name, telephone number, e-mail address, your message and, if you enter them, your address, postcode and town. To prevent abuse of the form, we also receive the IP address the form was sent from.
We use this data only to answer your question and, if you ask for one, to send you a quotation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in answering questions from visitors.
The form is forwarded to us as an e-mail over a secure connection. The website itself does not store the data you enter. The e-mail is sent through our e-mail provider, which processes the data only on our behalf. We keep your message for up to 1 year after your question has been handled. If your question leads to a contract, we keep the data as long as needed for that contract and for our statutory (tax) retention obligations.
Server log files
Like almost every website, our web server records technical data on each visit: your IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser type. We use this data only for security and technical maintenance of the website (legitimate interest) and delete it after no more than 14 days. It is not combined with other data.
Map on the contact page
The contact page shows a map from OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, your browser connects to servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receive at least your IP address and browser information. The OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy applies to this. No data from external parties is loaded on any other page.
Cookies and local storage
Cookies are small files a website stores on your device. This website only stores your choice in the cookie notice, so the notice does not reappear on every page:
- allowCookie (cookie and local browser storage): stores your choice "Accept" or "Decline". Kept for 10 years, or until you delete it.
This is functional storage only; no analytics or tracking cookies are set, not even when you click "Accept". You can change your choice with the "Cookie-settings" link at the bottom of every page. You can also delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser settings.
Sharing with others
We do not sell your data and do not give it to third parties for marketing. We only share data with parties that help us run the website and e-mail (as described above), or when the law requires us to.
Security
The website is only available over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to the server and to received messages is limited to staff who need it for their work.
Links to other websites
Our website contains links to other websites. This statement does not apply to those websites; please read their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to the use of your data, ask us to restrict its use, or ask us to transfer your data. To do so, contact us at [e-mail] or by post at the address above. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Changes
We may update this statement, for example when the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
